All new applications published will have their instructions published here. Older apps will gradually have their instructions added.

We’re striving to give our customers even better support than they’ve enjoyed in the past; and that included a personal response from the company president for every email we get.

"I personally use several of the PunkStar Studio iPhone/iPod applications. Some, like the Cold Air Calculator, are incredibly useful for even the most advanced pilot, while others, like the Hold Pattern Calculator, are perfect for demonstrations with my students (who are thrilled when they see it for the first time). I'm a loyal customer/user of several of the PunkStar Studio apps (even non-aviation related) and look forward to their future releases. I highly recommend their products to all aviators, from the professional airline pilot and flight instructor to the casual pilot."

Do you have a new app idea for either the iPhone/iPod Touch? We have a program where you come to us with your idea (protected under a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement). It works like this.

  1. 1.Specify your idea

  2. 2.Research it on iTunes for competing apps.

  3. 3.If the idea is viable for development we tell you how much it will cost to develop.

  4. 4.We split the development cost.

  5. 5.We split the royalties for as long as the app is alive.

  6. 6.Send us a note.

Over the course of a few emails we can have a development agreement and plan worked out.

You can now follow our development progress on Twitter. Screen name @PunkStarStudios.

Our Friends

The iPhone developer community can at times be a close knit and supportive one. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge a few other development companies that we’ve come to know quite well over the past short while.

Fone Sportz -

These guys are focused on Sport apps, specifically coaching apps. They’re currently working on publishing a whole handful of new sport apps. Good bunch of guys who are quick with responses to emails from their customers.

Add Software Corp. -

These guys are personal friends of ours and are new to the iPhone development biz. They come from a long time professional background and are bringing those skills, and their own sense of style to the table with their own apps. If their app design is just a quarter as good as their other designs, they are going to knock your socks off.

All of our apps are available on the Apple App Store.
